WorkFuel – on sale from March 2019!

Boost Performance. Improve Focus. Eat your way to success.

A productivity ninja guide to nutrition – WorkFuel is a collaboration between Colette Heneghan and Graham Allcott. Graham is the founder of Think Productive, one of the world’s leading providers of personal productivity training and consultancy, with offices in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and the Netherlands. Graham is the author of three books, including the global best-seller “How to be a Productivity Ninja”.

There are many books out there that cover nutrition, usually pretty, coffee table type books, focused on beautifully taken photos of food, attractive women (and a few men) on the front covers, with a beauty, sports or losing weight angle. These just don’t speak to the time pushed, calendar hectic, working week focused of the population. Plus, those books don’t fit into your work bag!

Colette and Graham felt it was about time a nutrition for business professionals’ book was written. That’s where ‘Work Fuel’ comes in! Merging their two fields of expertise, nutrition science and practical productivity approaches. In order to create a more accessible way of making good nutrition happen, in a structured and realistic fashion, to share knowledge, the science, background and the know-how. With the belief that these simple principles are a way of life that you can live every day, no special equipment, exotic foods or even batteries required for that matter. Keeping it real, relevant, and smart – in doing so – ensuring you are the same.

Your productivity really does lie in your hands and what’s on the menu!

Inspired, invigorated and feeling valued. This is how I left Colette’s workshop. After 18 years in a Corporate environment, no-one had ever offered advice on how to manage stress or improve my nutrition and energy levels, so this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you kindly for your insight. I plan to make ‘big’ changes.

Helen, Marketing & Communications, Telecoms

The approach to the subject area was the crucial bit for me, Colette made it relevant to business needs and used language that made it easy to follow. From the workshop I have made a number of changes that are positively affecting my energy levels and productivity inside and outside of work and 3 months on they are still part of my life. I highly recommend Colette and Optimum Living’s approach to any large global business looking to make some ‘real’ improvements to their team’s wellbeing
